Chip is a handsome boy who is looking for a new home. Chip is with a partner shelter in NC. He can come to NJ if we find a foster to save his life! Chip is described as shy with strangers but he does well once he gets to know new friends. He walks well on a leash and can be super snuggly once he is comfortable.  Chip is fixed,   microchipped and up to date on rabies, DHPP and Bordetella vaccines.
