Meet Peterbuilt!   This boy is true to his name: he is large, in charge and reliable. Peterbuilt has a super-sweet temperament that he loves to share with his owner. He can often be seen soaking up attention whenever he can get it, even if that means pushing his face and body up against the fence for scritches. Despite his impressive appearance, he is a big softy and loves his cuddle time!    Unfortunately, our sweet boy Peterbuilt was recently diagnosed with Cutaneous Hemangiosarcomas. This is a very aggressive cancer just under the skin but it can spread deeper within him in no time. We are hoping to find him a loving foster home where he can spend the rest of his days, however many he has left! Since we are unsure how the cancer is going to progress, we don't have a timeframe for how long he's got. Don't worry though, Peterbuilt is still as happy as ever and ready to give you all the love he possibly has left! Here are more amazing things about him!   Peterbuilt shows off his beautiful smile and adorable head tilt whenever you have treats or his food in hand. He is incredibly eager to learn new things and loves spending one on one time with his people! Peter would likely enjoy a home where he can lounge around but also have some daily mental stimulation. Peterbuilt would also LOVE a home where he can go on lots of car rides! Any chance he gets he tries to get up in a car to go for adventures! He would likely enjoy being a traveling companion for someone who is on the road a lot.    While Peterbuilt is very strong, he does know his basic leash manners however he will need reminding from time to time to stay by your side so he will need a strong and confident handler. He also already knows other tricks such as 'Sit', 'Shake', and 'Wait'.
