A person who had too many kitties took the tough step and contacted the shelter to help find them forever homes. Dear Sonja is one of that group, and she's a calm, happy, well-adjusted little miss. Even as she recovers from a painful abscess, which was treated with vet care, she's eager to bond. Sonja is initially guarded, but give her a few moments and she stands up to greet you. Extend a hand, and she asks for rubbies and purrs. We'd love to see Sonja rolling on a carpet in a patch of sunlight all her own.
