Timone has been through more than his fair share, but he’s held onto his sweet nature through it all. Originally adopted from an out-of-state shelter, he was rehomed when his owner moved. Sadly, his new situation wasn’t ideal—Timone was let outside, became terrified of the resident dog, and ran off. He was later discovered hiding in the attic of a house under construction. When contacted, the owner declined to take him back, and he was officially surrendered to 9 Lives Cat Rescue. Despite his tough journey, Timone remains an incredibly loving cat. He thrives on human affection and would do best in a calm, dog-free home where he feels safe and cherished. His right front leg was broken long ago and didn’t heal properly, resulting in a lifelong limp. But this doesn’t stop Timone from moving around and enjoying life—he just needs a little extra understanding. Timone deserves a home where he’ll never be abandoned again. He’s ready to offer his loyalty, warmth, and purring companionship to someone who will love him just as he is.
