Beauty was surrendered to the shelter by an owner who could no longer care for her. She's nervous in the kitty room, and to calm herself she stays beneath a flannel blankie. Beauty appears to have been well cared for, though, and no doubt is craving a forever home where she can decompress and be recognized as the queen she is.
