With his glossy black coat and those bright, wide eyes, Alfredo cuts a dashing figure indeed! This poor fellow is more accustomed to life in a home than in a rescue but has unfortunately just not found the "purrfect" fit.  Can it be with you?  Alfredo likes attention although he does not always know how to seek it out - he is a "cautiously curious" kind of cat.  Once comfortable, Alfredo really does relish in the attention though! Alfredo desires a quiet home with cat-savvy people who can give him all of the attention he craves and, at the same time, be patience with him when Alfredo is ready for some alone time.  Alfredo still displays much playfulness but he's also just happy relaxing on a cat tree in the sunshine. Alfredo's ideal would be an adult only home or with older school aged children, who can respect his boundaries.  Alfredo previously lived with other felines and seems comfortable at the rescue, but can be selective with other cats and prefers the companionship of people.  He did live comfortably in the past with an older, small breed feline-savvy dog.  Alfredo's birthday is in June 2015.
