Foster or Forever Home Wanted: Meet Piper! Piper is a 10-month-old lab mix, weighing about 34 lbs. She may play a little hard to get at first, but once the treats come out, her sweet personality shines through. Piper can be cautious around men and children, so she’ll do best in a quieter, low-traffic home where she can feel safe and build confidence. With patience, consistency, and positive experiences, this shy girl will blossom into a loyal companion. She loves getting outside to stretch her legs and enjoy some fresh air. Piper came to us with an abscess on her neck, which is currently being treated and monitored. She is brand new to the rescue, so check back soon for more updates as we get to know her better.
