If Pablo (who is a year and a half old) looks a little sad that is because he is. Pablo's first owner didn't make the lifelong commitment to him he deserved to have. He ended up at an emergency vet with a very treatable issue, but they didn't want to bother with doing what Pablo needed and told the vet to euthanize him. The vet of course would not do so and asked the owner to sign Pablo over to them. They then asked us to take him. Pablo thought his home was forever no matter what happened and it wasn't. We told Pablo he's going to be adopted by people who will really care about him. He's a very mellow boy who does well with other kitties and like people.
