Shaggy is a 1-year-old, 57-pound Siberian Husky-American Staffordshire Terrier mix!  A happy and friendly boy, he is sociable with dogs and people (adults). In foster, Shaggy shared a home with an older dog. Shaggy is active, enjoys short walks and toys. To help Shaggy expend his energy and minimize chewing behavior, he would do best in a home with another high energy dog. Independent and curious, Shaggy is currently trainable with basic commands. He is learning to respond to "no" and being redirected to other activities. Shaggy knows how to walk in a harness on a leash, and is also house trained.
