Meadow is an absolute sweetheart and is already warming up to her new life! She’s a little timid, but every day she’s coming out of her shell more and more. Her tail hasn’t stopped wagging, and she’s even started doing zoomies in the yard!    She’s still a bit cautious about being touched, but she loves to run around and play. Meadow is a petite girl, only about 26 pounds – she needs to gain a bit of weight, but we’re pretty sure she’s a Border Collie, just a smaller version!    This sweetie needs a foster or forever home!
