Meet Franklin!  Franklin came to us with his friend, Frances. He is hoping to find a family that will take their time with him and help him gain confidence. We are slowly seeing a bit more of his personality, and we can tell he is going to make someone very happy! He is slowly starting to accept pets from staff and seems to enjoy it!
