Meet Bee – Sunshine in a Black Coat
Bee is a six-eight-month-old, petite Boxer/Lab mix with the sweetest personality to
match her striking good looks. This small black beauty has gorgeous golden eyes that shine
with intensity and the most endearing little underbite that makes her unforgettable.
Still in that fun, goofy puppy stage, Bee has already shown she has the makings of a
wonderful companion with her great house manners. Play is her favorite language —
she loves staging “wrestlemania” matches with her foster sister and can happily romp
for as long as someone is willing to join in. She also has a softer side, happily digging
through the toy box until she finds just the right stuffie, then prancing proudly through
the house showing it off. Bee is also known for her enthusiastic greetings, showering
both people and dogs with kisses as soon as she sees them. Her youthful energy keeps
her doggie foster sister on her toes, but Bee's joyful spirit makes her impossible not to love.
Bee is equally delightful in the calmer moments of the day. She walks beautifully on a
leash, settles well in her crate, loves some cuddle time and has proven herself to be a wonderful houseguest in her foster home. As playful as she is, she has been known to chase a cat or two and hasn't been observed with kids although would probably be fine with older children.
Affectionate, playful, and endlessly entertaining, Bee would thrive in a home with
another playful dog or an active family who will enjoy her joyful energy and loving
spirit. She is ready to bring her mix of silliness, sweetness, and sunshine into her
forever home. She will make an amazing addition to her lucky new family!
An adoption donation is required for each adoption; please see HERE for more information about this.

**Additional info you should know - For most of our dogs, we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our dogs as an individual and do our best to describe and place them based on personality not breed label. Some dogs may not yet be in New England, nor ready for immediate adoption. There may be additional vetting, quarantine, waiting periods and/or fees depending upon your state of residence. If you have questions or concerns on any of this, you can discuss this with your Adoption Counselor.
