Flash - a NYC native, Flash was an unclaimed stray. Our 2 yr old, 79 lb rottie BOY is dog social and happy to engage with people. He will do anything for a treat. Untested with cats, Flash is in eastern PA.  (Original records said Flash was a female-- Surprise!)
