Shawn is a sweet pup who looking for a new home. Shawn is with a partner shelter in NC hoping to come to NJ if we find a foster or adopter. We do offer a foster to adopt trial for approved adopters. Cory and Shawn were found in rough shape after being abandoned by their owner. The neighbor called the shelter and these boys were picked up. They were so scared at first they huddled in their kennels in tight balls afraid of the new people and noises and all the other dogs. They are starting to come around now and doing so much better. They are still shy but improving every day! They both did well meeting other dogs. Shawn will be fixed (if possible depending on weight), up to date on vaccines and microchipped. If needed, we will arrange for his neuter after he arrives here in NJ. His adoption fee will be $550. Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training   prior to adoption.
