The collar marks on Miss Snow's neck show that she once was someone's pet, but she was found as a stray. Nonetheless she's so snuggly, so affectionate and so good-natured. Her coat is fascinating. She's all white, but has a brush of gray on her head that serves as the perfect spot to plant kisses. Though we're calling her a shorthair, her fur is almost medium-length. Kitties with fur like this do well with regular grooming, and many will bond with their owners after a session or two.  (Don't worry; all it takes is an inexpensive brush or a comb and a soothing hand.) Even amid the barking dogs and the daily bustle, Snow White seems unperturbed.
