This handsome boy was rescued from the E-List at MCACC in March 2025 and has come such a long way since. Though he can be a bit shy or timid at first, Ghost warms up quickly and reveals his fun, loving personality in no time. He’s full of energy and always ready for an adventure—whether it’s long walks, a game of tug-of-war, or even pulling you on rollerblades. Ghost is a smart pup who already knows several commands, including sit, wait, and leave it. He also goes in and out of his kennel on command and waits patiently at doors and thresholds. He has a high prey drive and loves to chase small animals, so a cat-free home would be best for him. Ghost isn’t suited for a low-energy household—he would thrive with an active person or family who has a secure yard to run in and maybe even a playful dog his size to enjoy playtime with. At around three years old, Ghost is housetrained, dog-door trained, and very treat-motivated. He’s respectful in the home and eager to please. Because of his enthusiasm and playful spirit, older kids are recommended, as he might accidentally knock little ones over.
