Bogo is sweet boy looking for a home. Bogo is with our partner rescue in NC but can come to NJ if we find a foster or adopter. We do offer a foster to adopt trial for approved adopters. Bogo and his siblings were found with mange. Most of your standard monthly flea/tick medication controls the mites that cause mange and their fosters give them medicated baths once a week or so to help that skin heal and the fur return. Mange is one of those things that doesn't look great but it isn't a scary puppy illness. Time, love and simple meds do the fix. Bogo is a friendly boy who loves people and other dogs. He can be very playful and goofy - check out his video. Bogo is up to date on vaccines. He tested negative for heartworm. If we find a foster or adopter, we will try to get Bogo fixed and microchipped before coming to NJ but we may need to fix him here.   His adoption fee is $550.  Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training   prior to adoption.
