Snoopy is sweet boy looking for a home. Snoopy is with our partner rescue in NC but can come to NJ if we find a foster or adopter. We do offer a foster to adopt trial for approved adopters. Snoopy and his siblings were found with mange. Most of your standard monthly flea/tick medication controls the mites that cause mange and their fosters give them medicated baths once a week or so to help that skin heal and the fur return. Mange is one of those things that doesn't look great but it isn't a scary puppy illness. Time, love and simple meds do the fix. Snoopy is in foster with another dog and he is doing great. He follows his big sis around all the time. Snoopy is the smallest and sweetest of the bunch and his fur is filling in nicely. He has a funny habit of sighing when he lays down. Tough job being a puppy! Snoopy is up to date on vaccines. He tested negative for heartworm. If we find a foster or adopter, we will try to get Bogo fixed and microchipped before coming to NJ but we may need to fix him here.   His adoption fee is $550.  Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training   prior to adoption.
