Meet happy-go-lucky Rachel, a female Black Lab Retriever mix weighing 44 lbs, estimated to be 8 months old. She gets along well with people (including kids) and other dogs. She responds well to leash and basic commands training. She has a moderate amount of energy and doesn’t bark excessively. Rachel was a stray who wandered onto the property of a goodhearted man who held onto her at his house until the local animal control had room for her.
