Meet Bambina!This adorable Baja mutt was rescued as a singleton pup wondering the streets of Ensenada early August. She was found by a couple from San Diego who had been traveling to the wine county in Baja and Bambina happened to cross their path super sweet, scared and shy seeking food from the winnery they had been visiting. They did not want to leave her behind and chose to rescue her, place her in boarding at the vet for a couple of week and drive back down to pick her up when it was all clear. Bambina has been fostered by the couple in the north county and has been living with a couple of resident cats and adult dogs. However, the couple can't commit to her forever and once they rescued her they knew they would seek help from a rescue to take her on. ARWOB was contacted and accepted to take care of her medical as long as they could foster her while she finds a family. This sweet girl is a perfect medium size. She definetely ADORES humans, she can be a bit intimated by new dogs but once she spends some time with them her guard goes down and relaxes to play fetch or tag your it! She can be a bit intimidated when she first meets new people but the minute they talk baby talk or start petting her she falls in love and wants nothing more to be huged and petted.
