Fancy was surrendered by her family.  When asked why they were surrendering, they only said, 'Because we have another puppy that needs our attention' Fancy is practically perfect.  She's still slightly shy.  She is intimidated by other dogs, but likes playing with the other YOUNG dogs in our program.
