Dubai Chocolate is a special girl who is looking for a home. She is with our partner rescue in Louisiana but hoping to come to NJ soon. We do offer a foster-to-adopt trial to approved adopters. Dubai was seen wandering around the athletic fields at school for a few days. One day after a softball game, the girls found her injured in a nearby field. The coach took her in and brought her to the vet for treatment and reached out to our partner vet for help. We think she was hit by a car. Dubai lost her leg as a result of the neglect and this incident. But she remains the biggest sweetheart through it all. And despite the failure of humans, her love for them endures. Dubai is dog, cat and kid friendly! She is almost housebroken and crate trained and still working on the leash skills. This sweet pup is ready for her forever home.  Dubai is fixed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. She tested negative for heartworm.  Her adoption fee is $450.  Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training   prior to adoption.
