Handsome Dexter is a gorgeous all black cat who was rescued in South Brooklyn. We can tell he was owned at some time but either being outside for a long time or abuse in his past has made him shy. He must start in a confined space where he can't hide and with a human who is willing to spend time petting him and building his confidence. You can see by the video he loves petting and is waiting for that moment to trust completely. He truly relishes the touch and loves his butt skritched too!
