Loaf is a spunky little furball who is looking for her furever family! She is approximately 3 years old and hopes to be a family chin. She is generally very calm during the day and loves to nap peacefully while her foster dad works from home nearby. In the mornings she often tries to get her foster mom’s attention with little squeaks as she wakes greeting us good morning! She is currently living with two cats, a dog, and another female chinchilla (in a separate enclosure). When in her playpen for out of cage play time she positively engages with the kitties by trying to call them over and seems to enjoy their and the dogs company through the gate. It is unclear if she will get along with another chinchilla as they have had mixed interactions through the gate. Loaf unfortunately is not a fan of cars (I don’t blame her!) and would prefer a family who does not travel frequently, she really is more of a home body and is ready to make your home complete! She is currently being fostered in Greenpoint Brooklyn and would love to meet you!
