Grackle and her brother Starling were the lucky ones in their litter. They were collected and brought into foster at about four-and-a half-weeks of age after random folks passing by grabbed a couple of their littermates. Nobody knew what happened to their cat mother, so these two babies were forced to learn to feed themselves at any early age and were a bit malnourished on intake. They have received lots of TLC (not to mention meds for GI parasites) and are in great shape now. They can be a bit shy at first, but they love to play kitten games and to snuggle with each other. Black kitties are pretty awesome; who would not want a pair? These two would be happiest adopted together, although they could go individually to a home with another young, playful cat. If you'd like to meet Grackle (or Grackle and Starling) or think this cat would be a good match for your family, please complete our adoption questionnaire at http://www.trentoncats.org/adoption-questionnaire/ and let your references know someone will be contacting them soon. All our cats are neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed and flea-treated, tested for FIV/FeLV, and microchipped prior to adoption. Thanks for opting to adopt!
