Chatty's Story   ** COURTESY POST FOR INDEPENDENT FOSTER: Meet Chatty Catty! This young handsome devil walked into a colony in Los Angeles one afternoon and it was determined he was abandoned at some point. He was extremely thin and hungry. He was scooped up and scanned for a microchip (which he didn't have) and he was promptly fostered and fed. Chatty is aptly named due to his vocal-ability and his conversations. Chatty loves to be with people and will follow you around wherever you go. He loves to ride on your shoulder and is not beyond hopping on your back. Be prepared for him to make impromptu appearances at work during your Zoom meetings and to act like he is meant to be there. Chatty would like to be the only cat and gets too stressed out with fosters or multiple cats around. He really only wants a human...period. This cat is amazing, and we are absolutely thrilled to be able to have him posted for adoption for a wonderful home.
