Leo is a wonderful, friendly, gray tabby cat.  He is about 4 years old.  He is a special needs cat and will need an understanding adopter.  He may have some neurological issues because he has a wobbly gait at times.  He is also prone to upper respiratory infections.  TOPCats will be able to assist with some vet bills if needed.We just want a loving home for this sweet guy.
