Dewey is a sweet, sensitive dog who thrives in a calm, predictable environment. While he is gentle, well-behaved, and happy when things are quiet, a busy household with lots of noise and activity has proven to be stressful for him. For everyone’s safety and well-being, we feel Dewey would do best in a home without children. He is calm and docile when separated from chaos and does very well with other dogs, especially during structured play or at the dog park. Dewey enjoys daily walks and benefits from routine and consistency. He can be protective of his home and family and would do best with an experienced, attentive adopter who can provide clear boundaries and a peaceful setting.
