Traeger comes from a North Minneapolis trap-nueter-return project.   His trapper thought he didn’t seem like a feral colony cat and asked if i could give him some time to see if he was tame.  Yep!  Less than a week and he is Friendly , affection, a little nervous but definitely a house cat.  However he is currently living on a cold 3 season porch with a space heater because he is a bully to the other cats in the house .  This is probably a behavior that protected him on the mean streets, but is disruptive in a multi cat house.   Traeger needs to be an only cat or a house that can accommodate a long introduction .  Traeger was recently fixed and it’s likely that some of this bully-like behavior will dimish with time.  He enjoys petting and treats and would love to play with some toys of his own .  He has beautiful gray tabby markings   If you have previously applied with us please email placement@midwestanimalrescue.org to reactivate your application with new interest.
