Silverado is a super sweet, super shy guy who needs lots of love and time to blossom! He is mostly blind, but his foster parents suspect he can see some shadows. He is extra suspicious of noises, people and general movement around him so although he is happy to coexist with his humans, he is not entirely comfortable being petted yet. He gets around the apartment surprisingly well and he is playful but only when he thinks no one is watching! Silverado has taken to waiting by his food dish each morning for his breakfast and has finally gotten comfortable enough to eat out in the open with his foster family sitting nearby. Although he struggles to trust, he just needs someone to be patient and give him space to adjust to his new forever home. With time, he will show his true colors and be able to love and be loved back without fear!  This cat would prefer to be adopted alone and be the only cat in the home.
