Just like a  brand new penny , our Penny is a bright and shiny......now that she is safe and out of the shelter , that is  :-) We don't know anything about Penny' s past, but we know she is an affectionate , happy dog, great with people and dogs. After just a few days with ASR, she is starting to " shine".......and we are so happy we could give her a new chance at a wonderful life !
