Cecilia is a sweet girl who is looking for his family. Cecilia is with our partner rescue in Louisiana but can come to NJ if we find a foster or adopter. We do offer a foster-to-adopt trial to approved adopters.  Cecilia is a sweet, shy girl. She was surrendered when her owner lost her home and could not bring her along when she became homeless. Cecilia is so afraid at the shelter - all the other dogs and the noises scare her. She is the perfect candidate for a second chance. Cecilia is dog friendly and tested well with cats.   Cecilia is fixed, microchipped and up to date on rabies, DHPP and Bordetella vaccines. Her adoption fee is $450.   How to Adopt Me!
