this puppy and another younger puppy was turned into CAP by a citizen claiming she 'found them' This baby is slightly 'head shy'  They had what was suspected of being 'tinnea' (ringworm) so CAP didn't release them for adoption.  We pulled them, and further testing revealed they did NOT have ringworm, just some flea bites that needed to heal. We vaccinated, chipped, neutered and treated and now, this baby is looking for his happily ever after!
