Tula was a friendly, outdoor, well fed cat who was brought into the shelter by her owner after she had her 3 healthy kittens. They were in foster care within 3 hours. She was an amazing mama cat and took perfect care of her babies. Now it is her turn to be treated like a queen. She loves to be pet on her head and under her chin. Sometimes she will roll over for a belly rub, but will let you know when she’s had enough by giving you one or two meows. Tula likes to sit and watch all that goes on outside, takes naps by a window and/or a comfy spot. She is very verbal when you walk in a room and will come up to you for some love. Sometimes Tula will come up and lay right next to you once she knows you but often prefers to just be close by. There are times when Tula gets playful and will go after a toy, chase a wand and is finally chasing the red laser dot. It’s a learning process as I’m sure her outside toys were more interesting. She is starting to be harness trained and enjoys sitting out in the fresh air rather than taking actual steps to walk.
