Name: Luna
Animal Type: Cat
Breed: Domestic Long Hair / Mixed (long coat)
Age: 4 Years 6 Months
Gender: Female
Adoption Code: Luna (aka Granite)
Luna began life in a colony at Stanford and was adopted as a kitten by a loving family. However, as the family added a lot of activity to their house, Luna felt overwhelmed and began hiding and scratching herself to her great detriment. Her human mom cried, but felt she would be better off with a quiet environment with a loving person or 2. After 2 months as her foster Mom, I have seen Luna is a loving and sweet cat that wants human attention and care. She so loves to be petted and brushed and to hang out with her human. She has gorgeous long gray fur with a cute little white patch on her chest. Luna is a lap kitty, but is content to sit on the side if that is what her human wants. She no longer does her self-detrimental activity and instead runs to you upon arrival in her room asking for pats and belly rubs. Luna is spayed, vaccinated, litter box perfect, and recently had teeth cleaned. She is the wettest girl and needs her home with a kind and gentle person in a quiet household. Please consider Luna for your gentle home.
