Meet Luckie!! There was a guy that pulled up to the vet's office in Mississippi with this sweet girl in the back of his truck. He asked the vet to euthanize Luckie because he didn't want her anymore and that she chased after his cows. One of the volunteers was at the vet. Thank goodness and saved her. They noticed that she needed surgery on her eyelid. Her eyelid was surgically repaired and she was good to go. The volunteer reached out to us and asked us if we could bring her up north to help her find her forever family. Of course was the answer!! Luckie is a very playful girl and loves playing with all dogs. Luckie loves going on hikes and enjoying the outdoors. She walks well on leash as well. Luckie does well in her crate when they have to put her in when they go run errands. Luckie absolutely loves her toys and chewing on kongs with peanut butter and bones. Luckie would do well with an active family and fenced yard so she can get her zoomies out. Luckie is food motivated, so we believe training should be a simple thing for her to accomplish. Luckie is a loving gal who will cuddle and love all the attention her humans give her . Luckie is a very lucky girl and thankful someone was there that day to save her. She cannot wait to be so lucky now to find her forever family to love!!! Apply for Luckie today!!!
