Rescued from a cruel situation in West Georgia, he is finally free as of 1/31/25 and at the vet. He is looking for a warm, loving foster home immediately! He is super sweet, loves people, attention. BY the way he is deaf, but you would never know and it does not impact him!  He is neutered, heartworm negative and on prevention, microchipped if you MIGHT want to adopt! SO grateful - Loving sweet guy! Rocky’s Story Adopted as a 6-month-old pup, but sadly left outdoors in extreme conditions for years. A kind social worker saw his suffering and intervened. Authorities were notified, but no action was taken. He received a doghouse two weeks ago but was still sleeping in the snow. His owner, now sick, finally released him to rescue—this is his chance for a new life!
